At 24hoursmarket, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of groceries, fresh food, and household consumables, our return policy is structured to ensure fairness, hygiene, and safety.
1.Return & Refund Time Frame
Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Because many of our products are perishable,we may not accept returns or refunds after 24 hours.
2.Eligible for Return or Refund
You may request a return or refund if:
- You received the wrong item
- The item was damaged upon delivery
- The item was expired or clearly unfit for use at delivery
- The item was missing from your order
To process your request , we may require clear photo or video evidence at the time of reporting.
3.Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns for:
- Fresh food items after successful delivery
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged after delivery
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Products returned after 24 hours
4.Refund Method
Once approved, we process through:
- The original payment method, or
- Bank transfer ( where applicable)
Refund processing time: 1–3 business days after approval.
5.Replacement or Alternative Option
Where possible, we may offer:
- Immediate replacement
- Store credit
- Alternative product option
In some cases, we may contact you to suggest suitable substitute before issuing a refund
