13. Failed Delivery & Unreachable Customers

Our rider is dispatched

The customer confirms availability

But becomes unreachable upon arrival

Or refuses to receive the order without valid reason

The following will apply:

  1. The cost of returning the item to our facility will be borne by the customer.

2. If the customer cancels the order after dispatch, the delivery charge will be deducted.

3. Any additional return logistics cost will also be deducted from the refund

4. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting delivery and return charges.
